Write early rather than late. The first conversations are about people, not property, and nobody should be making decisions about a house or a job off the back of a website.

What to say
Nothing formal is needed. What actually helps:
- Roughly where you are. County or region is plenty. Nothing precise.
- What you keep, and how long you have been keeping it.
- What you can do with your hands, and what you would want to learn.
- Whether your household could move, and roughly when.
- What you would need to see before trusting a group of strangers with this.
That last one is the most useful question you can answer, and it is fair to ask it of us first.
